consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or
use of, the Website. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the Website
is provided to you "As is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed
or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability,

No software from this Website may be downloaded or exported (i) into (or to a

2. Real Social Dynamics, including, without limitation, its authorized agents
and employees may terminate your use of the Website without notice in the event
that you breach any obligation in these Terms of Service, including but not limited
to, (i) restricting, inhibiting or disrupting any Real Social Dynamics event
or (ii) attempting to alter or improperly access any feature or function of the
Website. Your access may also be subject to termination if you post or transmit
any illegal content; harass or threaten any user of the Website or Real Social
Dynamics employee; post content (including, but not limited to, the creation
of usernames) that is offensive or otherwise disruptive of Website activities;
post unsolicited advertising; or improperly impersonate a Real Social Dynamics
employee or other individual.
RISK OF LOSS
1. All items purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon
our delivery to the carrier.
LIVE PROGRAMS
1. I will not collect personal information from, or market to the attendees
of Real Social Dynamics Live Programs. I understand that the identities
of staff and participants in this Live Program are to be kept confidential.
Privacy is important to attendees and staff of Real Social Dynamics Live
Programs. I agree to not use any audio or video recording devices during
any Real Social Dynamics Live Program that I attend.
2. I understand a Real Social Dynamics Live Program, marketing
materials related to it, and its content contain copyrights, trademarks,
and other original works of Real Social Dynamics, and that any duplication
or derivative works is unlawful. I further agree that I will not disclose
to any such competing individual or company any of the content I am exposed
to at a Real Social Dynamics Live Program or use of the information I learn
in a Real Social Dynamics program as the basis for a competing business.
This material is confidential, and for my personal private use only.
3. I do and will not own, operate or work for a company or
internet website that teaches men how to be successful with women and dating,
for 4 years after attending the program, in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco,
Sydney, Melbourne, Toronto, Montreal, and London. I will forfeit to Real
Social Dynamics any revenue earned from operating or working for a company
or internet website that teaches men how to be successful with women and
dating during the 4 year period, and I am still obligated to keep all trade
secrets confidential.
4. I understand and agree that the ideas, concepts, techniques
and views that I will be exposed to are an opinion only, to be used for
entertainment purposes only, and not to be considered as professional advice.
I agree never to use any of the content that you learn in an unlawful manner.
I shall not hold Real Social Dynamics or its principal shall not be liable
in any way whatsoever for any damages as a result of using or my inability
to use the concepts I learn at this training and other third-party providers
used, or any other product or service you are exposed to as a result of
my relationship with Real Social Dynamics. I agree to forgo litigation
and settle the matter using Binding Arbitration if a conflict should arise
between Real Social Dynamics (including its staff and Principal) and I.
Real Social Dynamics retains the right to refuse service and training to
anyone at our discretion.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
1. Real Social Dynamics and its affiliates attempt to describe
all of the products on the Website as accurately as possible. However, Real
Social Dynamics does not warrant that product descriptions or other Content
of this Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
If a product offered on our Website itself is not as described, your sole
remedy is to return it in unused condition.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. This Agreement has been made in and shall be construed
and enforced in accordance with the law without regard to any conflict of
law provisions. Real Social Dynamics makes no representation that the Content
in this Website is appropriate for access outside of the United States.
Those who choose to access this Website from outside the United States do
so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local
laws. You agree that any action to enforce this agreement shall be brought
in the federal or state courts located in Nevada.

between you and Real Social Dynamics with respect to your access and use

(whether oral, written or electronic) between you and Real Social Dynamics
with respect to this Website or Services. If any of the provisions of this
Agreement are determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then each invalid
or enforceable provision will be construed in a manner consistent with applicable
laws to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties,
and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Real
Social Dynamics may assign these Terms of Service (i) to any of its affiliates,
(ii) to the surviving entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or the
sale of all or substantially all of the assets of Real Social Dynamics or
(iii) in connection with the sale of this Website or the business unit associated
with this Website.
5. In the event that you violate the above terms, you agree
to immediately pay Real Social Dynamics $1,000.00 in cash and cease all
violations, or risk further legal action and personal financial loss.
