The truth though, is that there are many ways to convey yourself to someone in a way that will impress. When you walk away from someone after having first met, what will they know about you? What will they have to tell their friends?

Think back to the last interaction that you initiated with a woman...

• What did she know about you by the end of it? What did you convey? Most guys have incredible things going for them, but they don't have a precise gameplan on how to make it come across in the right way. At the same time, what exactly ARE the things that women respond to?
  
  
• What parts of yourself should you focus on conveying, and to which types of women? How can you structure opportunities to convey these personal attributes?

• Most guys put on a character when interacting with a new woman, that isn't really them. They don't realize it, its just reflex. This is a natural psychological defence mechanism that very few people are aware of, but prevents you from making real connections.
  
  
• Look at the last home video that you shot. Notice that you probably talk in a way that's different than how you normally talk. You're putting on a character. Why? Because when we feel that we're being judged, we act in a way that's not ourselves as a way of hedging off the possibility of social rejection.
  
  
• In the case of narrating a home movie, you do it because you know that many people will be watching it in the future. When you do it when interacting with a woman, you do it because if she rejects you then you won't take it personally.
  
  
• Some guys come across too nice, as though they're seeking approval. Other guys come across overly macho, but again women can tell that this is just a different strategy for covering up the same insecurity.
  
  
• Ironically though, when you drop the character, and focus on conveying yourself in the right way, most women will become attracted instantly.

The feedback was simply excellent, very encouraging and supporting. There were 2 students per instructor and I found I had learnt a lot more body language. I was able to stay in sets much longer this time; I winged a lot of playful games which I found worked really well. And I managed to [kiss a girl] on the street! First time! Thanks.
